Administration Clerk

Job Scope:

  • Handle daily transaction filling/reporting system.
  • Communication with Company Secretary and Accountant.
  • Assisting the company relating to administrative duties.

The requirements:

  • Must be able to communicate (speak, read and write) in English.
  • Must have good knowledge in MS Office (Word & Excel).
  • Able to use emailing system (Outlook Express or MS Outlook).
  • Able to manage the filing system (hardcopy & softcopy).
  • Able to work independent, positive attitude with good interpersonal skill will add an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge in Accounting will add an advantage.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
